Local fellowship for APSIG

APSIG and NPSIG were initially planned to be separate events; however, due to the current circumstances, we have decided to adjust NPSIG within APSIG and qualified local fellows will be selected to participate in APSIG.

We hope to continue NPSIG in the coming years and build a strong internet governance community in Nepal and beyond.
